A couple of months ago, I made a blog post about my friend, Victoria, and her husband, Joel, where I shared some photos from their couple/maternity session (you can check it out here).
I also shared how super excited I was for them to have their baby!
After that blog post, I photographed them, again, in a lupine field.

They got the most PERFECT golden hour light! Baby Foust was due on the Fourth of July, and I was constantly refreshing facebook for a possible baby update. But there were none - for several days after their due date. Just a reminder, they decided to wait to know what they were having until the baby arrived. Not something I think I could do, but I say props to them!
And on July 11th, they made their grand entrance into the world!

Finnegan was so precious when I got to meet him at his newborn session! What was almost even more precious was the love and happiness radiating from the new parents. It was almost as though everyone was glowing at that point. I continuously kept saying how happy I was for them and fought back tears majority of the time because I am a super sensitive sappy person (no shame).

I can't even begin to express how happy I am for this little family. The love between these two and the love that radiates from them for their son is so heartwarming. I'm so grateful that I was able to capture photos of the family's growth from two to three. I can't wait to capture more images over the years of Finnegan and his parents!
